What We Provide

MEDICATIONS

Our 24hr pharmacy delivers all medications related to the primary diagnosis directly to the patient. Comfort medications are also provided.

EQUIPMENTS

Our DME delivers equipments like hospital bed, wheelchair, walker, nebulizer, suction machine, oxygen tank, and even Hoyer lifts. This depends on the patient's needs.

SUPPLIES

Supplies like diapers, wipes, shampoos, lotion, gloves, and even supplemental nutrition can also be requested and delivered.

Our Service Staff

Doctors

Our doctors are the captain of our ship. Their role is to create the right plan of care, give orders, and oversee clinical day to day clinical duties of the staff.

Nurses

Our nurses visit patients at set frequency depending on stability which is determined by our doctors. They monitor and regulates the patient.

Hospice Aide

Hospice aides offer compassionate assistance with everyday needs such as personal care, bathing, changing linens and clothes.

Social Worker

Social worker helps in connecting with community resources. They develop a plan to meet identified needs while providing direct counseling and support to patients and families.

Spiritual Support

Depending on the religion, our spiritual team can talk about patient's spiritual matters and concerns. They also pray with patients and their family.

Volunteers

Our volunteers donate their time and talents to assist patients and families as well as clinical and clerical staff.
